The Growth Playbook

Six principles we apply on every PrimeOak engagement. Read once, revisit before every quarter.

Chapter 01

Position before you promote

Most businesses spend on ads before they've earned the right to. Before a single rupee goes into media, get three things in writing: who you serve, the specific outcome you unlock, and the reason a buyer should choose you over the obvious alternative. If a stranger can't repeat your positioning back after 30 seconds on your homepage, your funnel is leaking at the top — no channel will fix that.

Chapter 02

Design the offer, not the ad

The single biggest lever in performance marketing isn't creative or targeting — it's the offer. A concrete, time-bound, low-friction first step (a free audit, a 15-minute strategy call, a fixed-price pilot) will out-convert clever copy every time. Rewrite your offer until it feels almost too generous, then wrap the ad around it.

Chapter 03

Build the site to sell, not to impress

A premium site is not a portfolio piece — it's a conversion instrument. Hero states the outcome. Proof arrives inside 800 pixels. Every section answers one buyer question in order: what is it, who is it for, does it work, how does it work, what will it cost, what happens next. Anything that doesn't move the reader toward yes is decoration.

Chapter 04

Own three channels, ignore the rest

SEO, paid search and one social surface where your buyer actually lives. That's it. Founders lose years spreading effort across ten platforms at 10% quality instead of three at 90%. Pick the three, commit twelve months, measure by pipeline — not likes.

Chapter 05

Instrument everything, decide with data

If you can't tell which page, campaign and keyword produced last month's revenue, you're guessing. GA4, server-side events, CRM stitching and a weekly dashboard are non-negotiable. Every retainer we run starts by making the numbers honest — because you can't compound what you can't see.

Chapter 06

Compound with content and PR

Ads rent attention. SEO, thought leadership and digital PR own it. Publish one deeply useful asset a month, distribute it aggressively, and earn links from publications your buyer trusts. Twelve months in, your paid CAC drops because your brand is doing the pre-selling.
